How it works

Achieving long-term progress in training isn’t just about what you do in a single session, it’s about how your training is structured over time. Your goals demand more than just effort; they require planning, progression, and consistency. That’s where our Online Programming comes in. ​Delivered through the TrueCoach app, this service gives you remote access to the same high-level methods and expertise used in our in-person coaching, all tailored to your specific goals, injury history, and training environment.
It all begins with a detailed consultation. We take the time to understand where you’re starting from and where you want to go. Whether you're coming back from injury, training toward an event, or simply looking to break through a plateau, your program is built entirely around your circumstances, no templates, no guesswork.

Once your program is live, you’ll receive weekly sessions designed with intention, structure, and purpose. These can be completed at your own gym, training facility, or even at home. You’ll also have the option to book regular check-ins with Max via phone or FaceTime to review progress, work through challenges, and make adjustments to keep your training aligned with your goals.
This isn’t a passive plan you download and forget about. It’s a dynamic, interactive service designed to keep you moving forward with confidence and clarity.
